The distance from the centre of the handle spindle to the centre of
the Swiss round cylinder is always 2 mm larger than the dimension
from the centre of the handle spindle to the centre of the profile
cylinder core, e.g. 74 instead of 72 mm or 94 instead of 92 mm.
The operating receiver of the cylinder catch may need to be shortened
by approx. 1 mm. The backplates or roses are not mounted
until after the cylinder has been installed using the cylinder fixing
screw.

Face Plate Thicknesses
On multi-point locks, the material thickness is as follows:-
U-face plates 2 mm
F-face plates 3 mm
F-face plates, stainless steel 2.5 mm
Please note that some deviation from the dimensions specified in the drawing, with a maximum dimension of up to
0.3 mm, is to be expected on coated face plates (painted or plastic-coated).
