Features of KFV EP products
Our multi-point locks (EP 930, 950 and 960) are all based on the same main family of locks and therefore
have similar escape door functions. All additional lock cases have identical dimensions.
All items are also suitable for fire-rated and smoke protection doors in accordance with EN 179.
Advantages:
• Same routing profile in the door sash
• Same frame parts
• Interchangeable and expandable units allow level of
security to be adjusted
KFV products are delivered in the DIN left configuration as standard.
The units can be easily modified to change the DIN direction as well as
the escape direction.
Our panic door locks can be set up with the following configurations:
• DIN left inwards
• DIN left outwards
• DIN right inwards
• DIN right outwards
Advantage: Only one product for all escape and opening directions
Cylinders
KFV products in accordance with EN 179 and EN 1125 do not require
free-running cylinders.
Advantage: Improved flexibility in selecting cylinders
